Your party in one car
The request is for the people traveling with you. It is a private car, not a seat on the airport bus.
Separate from the airport desk
Queen Alia has an official taxi desk and a bus into Amman. Those are other ways into the city.

Put the flight number and the address in the request. You will hear back before anything is reserved.
